Chemical and petrochemical industry

The presence of Hutní montáže in this sector dates back in the sixties. At that time the company activities focused in particular o¬n construction of ball tanks (more than 50 pcs in total) of 250 – 2500 m3 capacity in Czech Republic, in Germany and Syria, and furthermore the gas containers of 35.000 to 300.000 m3 capacity (Czech Republic, Poland, Germany and Turkey.)

Hutní montáže followed-up with the construction of tanks within the Crude Oil Tank Farm Extension Project in Nelahozeves, Czech Republic, by participating in construction of 11 large-volume double-shell tanks (50 000 – 125.000 m3 capacity).

Hutní montáže participated as well in following large projects: Spolana Neratovice (Alfa-olephines-Unit), Slovnaft Bratislava (Reforming Unit, Gas Burners, Polypropylene Unit), Chemopetrol Litvínov (PP and PE Unit, Oxygen Plant), Česká rafinérská (Hydrocarbon Vapour Recuperation Units, Blending Facility, Visbreaker Unit, Fluid Catalytic Cracking Unit, Clean Fuels) Lovochemie Lovosice (Nitric Acid-Unit). In the above projects Hutní montáže constructed mainly the pipelines, tanks, reactors and silos and other equipment.

Hutní montáže takes part also in repair and maintenance of chemical plants, not o¬nly thanks to good references from the projects executed, but above all thanks to the reliability and quality of works performed.
