Realization: 2014
Purchaser: Prodeco
In 2014, the complete technical documentation was developed for Prodeco for reconstruction of the tip of the K2000 bucket wheel excavator used in Bílina Mines (Doly Bílina). The documentation consisted of a designing part, manufacturing documentation, electrical part, and complete accompanying documentation. One of the main objectives was to achieve, to a maximum possible extent, unification with the KK1300 bucket wheel excavator.
As far as the mechanical part is concerned, reconstruction included the modernization project for these main parts:
- The bucket wheel with buckets and a shield behind the bucket wheel
- The bucket wheel axis with mounting
- The complete bucket wheel drive with the gearbox and a cover
- Wear ring
- The charging hopper at the bucket wheel with a change in the conveying line from three- to five-roller festoons
- Walkways to a front part of the bucket wheel boom
- Protection against collisions with the surroundings
- Central grease lubrication
The following was supplied for the electrical part:
- Frequency converters for the bucket wheel motors
- Air-conditioning units in frequency converter stations
- Complete electrical equipment for the bucket wheel drives (motors, cabling, sensors, flowmeters, overload protection)
- Adaptation of HW and SW control systems
