Purchaser: Severočeské doly Doly Bílina
In 2010, reconstruction of the tip of the KU800/19 bucket wheel excavator used in Bílina Mines (Doly Bílina) was performed. As far as the mechanical part is concerned, reconstruction included modernization and supply of these main parts:
- The bucket wheel with buckets and a shield behind the bucket wheel
- The bucket wheel axis with unique mounting of the bucket wheel and the gearbox
- The complete bucket wheel drive with the gearbox (without an output gear) and a cover
- Wear ring
- The charging hopper at the bucket wheel with a part of the front belt conveying line
- Walkways to a front part of the bucket wheel boom
- Single-rotor grater
- Protection against collisions with the surroundings
- Central grease lubrication
The following was supplied for the electrical part:
- Overhaul of electric motors for drives of the bucket wheel and the grater
- Cabling, lighting, emergency stops, walk sensing, etc.
